mixy1 mail
mixy1 mail is a mail client for Windows, for every account at once: Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Gmail and Google Workspace, and any IMAP server. It is a personal app, made for its author's own use.
- It keeps a copy of your mail on your PC, so reading and searching are instant, even offline.
- New mail arrives the moment the server has it (IMAP IDLE) and shows as a card in the corner of the screen, quiet while a game or a presentation is full screen.
- Everything is on the keyboard: C writes, / searches, E archives, and Ctrl K finds the rest.
- It is light: no background polling, and it redraws only when something changes.
Signing in with Google
A Gmail or Google Workspace account signs in through Google in your browser. mixy1 mail then asks for one permission, https://mail.google.com/, the one Gmail's IMAP and SMTP servers require. It uses it to show your mail, to file, flag and delete messages when you ask, and to send what you write. Nothing else.
There is no mixy1 mail server. The app talks only to your mail provider, and your mail stays on your PC. The privacy policy says exactly what is kept and where.
